Now Indian users can access adf.ly links by doing some extra trick-

Step 1-First open the adf.ly link you will find it has been blocked..

(You will find the site blocked)

Step 2-Copy the http://adf.ly/xxxxx link to new tab or replace it by https..

Step 3-Replace http:// by https:// and press enter and you will find the link unblocked.
